For most of my life, I chased progress — always pushing for more, doing more, achieving more.

But over time, I realized that strength isn’t just about how much you can handle — it’s about how present you can be while handling it.

That realization led me to study mindfulness and meditation as tools for clarity, calm, and resilience. I became a certified mindfulness coach because I saw how often people — myself included — move through life on autopilot, disconnected from their values, their breath, and their sense of peace.

Through coaching, I help people slow down, reconnect, and build awareness that lasts. My mission is simple: to help you create space between reaction and response — so you can navigate stress, uncertainty, and change with calm and confidence.
